HR Partner - Hybrid, Impactful People Leadership

Westerleigh Group Limited is seeking an experienced HR Partner to join our Head Office near Bristol on a hybrid basis. You will work with the Head of Group HR Operations and managers across functions to provide practical HR advice, coaching and support on employee relations and people matters.

The role focuses on building trusted relationships, driving compliant HR processes, and delivering timely, business led solutions. A CIPD qualification and UK employment law knowledge are desirable.
