About the job

The HR Operations Specialist supports the smooth and compliant functioning of the company's HR processes. This role is responsible for preparing key employment documentation, maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR systems, and ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and committed to operational excellence in all aspects of HR administration.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, issue, and track employment contracts, amendments, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS system, ensuring employee data is accurate, complete, and securely stored.
  • Oversee company asset and equipment inventory, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely assignment and return.
  • Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, system access coordination, and employee orientation logistics.
  • Ensure all HR documentation complies with internal policies, local labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on employee matters, audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding HR processes, documentation, and systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR documentation, workflows, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, document management).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
