HR Operations Speciailst-Remote or Hybrid

Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced HR Operations professionals to join a global People team supporting employees across the EMEA region. You'll act as a key escalation point for HR queries, partner with HRBPs and COEs and play a critical role in delivering an excellent employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. This position will be for 11 months with the option to work fully remote in Republic of Ireland or hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve day to day HR cases and escalations.
• Support onboarding, employee movements, contract changes, and offboarding.
• Work within HR ticketing/case management systems to ensure SLA delivery and service excellence.
• Partner with HR teams, business leaders, and external vendors across EMEA.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and employment practices.
• Support HR projects, system enhancements, process improvements, and organisational change initiatives.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

About You

• 3+ years' experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Employee Services within a multinational organisation.
• Strong experience managing HR cases and escalations in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with HR ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and EMEA HR practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow would be a distinct advantage.
