  • Ensure adherence to operational SLA's and quality measures, supporting the team to achieve them through case work, identifying trends and blockers that may affect adherence and managing resource levels and expectations accordingly.
  • Proactively collaborate with business users and key stakeholders to ensure the support received by the HR Systems Support team meets business need and manage the relationships as appropriate
  • Encourage collaboration and idea sharing within the HR Systems Support team, and between other key stakeholders within People Services and wider HR
  • Strategically develop the team to keep abreast of the latest trends and technological advances, ensuring the team stays relevant, flexible and 'fresh' in the organisation and continue to revisit structure/usefulness in light of new changes.
  • Lead the team to be proactive to trends, systems changes and changes to case volumes.
Where appropriate, lead on projects that come up and affect the workings of the team and ensure appropriate and timely involvement in these projects by keeping a channel of communication open with key stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL

  • Experience: Operational team management, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality measures whilst maintaining work-life balance and personal growth of the team
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP HR, and experience in data management tools such as Winshuttle and SAP Query Manager

  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled in working collaboratively and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous improvement, regularly reviewing and optimising HR system processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

If you can bring some of these skills and experience, along with transferable strengths, we'd love to hear from you and encourage you to apply.
