HR Operations Lead - Hybrid, People & Compliance

Brown Bag Films is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead the HR operations team, advise management, and drive employee relations, HR metrics, and reporting within our hybrid studio in Ireland.

Working with the VP of HR and the broader management team, you will oversee payroll for Ireland & UK, HRIS (MILO), recruitment, and policy compliance, while promoting continuous improvement and a one-team culture.
