HR Operations Advisor - HiBob & ER Expert (8-Month FTC)

Catapult is seeking a Senior HR Operations Advisor for an 8-month fixed-term contract in London or Milton Keynes, with a minimum of two office days per week. The role supports first-line employee relations, HR policy advice and HRIS activities within a busy HR Operations team.

You will handle ER casework end-to-end, maintain GDPR-compliant records, and help transition HRIS from Cezanne to HiBob while driving process improvements.
