HR Operations Advisor - 11 Month Contract (Fully Remote or Hyrrid)

Our multinational client in has an exciting requirement for a HR Operations Specialist to join their team for an 11 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for HR support and delivery, offering a comprehensive HR service in a busy, high volumeenvironment, operating in line with HR policies and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED

• Primary Point of Contact for HR queries across Europe, via ticketing system organised by case transactions.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from on-boarding onward
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Provide HR support to wider centre of excellence
• Ensure compliance to local HR legislation
• Perform regular quality reviews and report findings
• Support testing on HR technology advancements
• Any other ad-hoc HR support

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 1 years' HR experience, ideally in a shared services environment
• Multi-country HR support experience
• HR Qualification.
• Experience with HR tools and systems (e.g., Workday & ServiceNow)
• Excellent communication skills
