HR Officer
We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR Officer to join our HR Team and provide high quality support across a wide range of people related activities within the Eastern Education Group.
ResponsibilitiesSupport ongoing employee relations casework, provide clear and practical HR advice, monitor key HR data, and contribute to the development of effective people management practices. Play an important role in the use and development of the iTrent HR system, assist in preparing management information, and help ensure compliance with organisational procedures and relevant employment legislation.
Qualifications- CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards Level 5
- Experience in delivering generalist HR support
- Strong commitment to professional development
- Well organised, adaptable, and capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Confident communicator with ability to manage a varied workload and maintain high standards of accuracy
