About the RoleWe're looking for a confident and proactive HR Officer to join our HR Operations team and play a key role in delivering a high quality, responsive HR service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is passionate about people, thrives in a fast paced environment and is looking to commence or continue their career in HR.
As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees, ensuring HR processes run smoothly, and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Alongside your day to day responsibilities you'll also contribute to improving HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting payroll and HR systems.

About YouYou're an organised and approachable HR professional who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and building strong relationships. You are an excellent communicator who feels comfortable dealing with employees at all levels of the organisation. You are someone who feels comfortable multi tasking and using multiple different systems.
