HR Manager: People, Culture & Benefits Leader

Community Health Action of Staten Island (CHASI) is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee onboarding, benefits, recruitment, staff engagement, and policy development. The role works with the VP of HR and leads various HR initiatives for a diverse nonprofit workforce of about 150 employees.

This position is primarily in person with the option of one remote work day per week after onboarding, offering growth in a mission-driven environment and collaboration with cross-functional teams
