Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR & Advisory: Partner directly with the Managing Director and senior management, providing trusted guidance across all people-related decisions.
  • Employee Relations & Organizational Change: End-to-end management of complex ER cases, long-term sick leave, performance management, and organizational restructuring/redundancy processes.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee a robust, fair recruitment process for key operational and senior roles - ensuring unbiased interviewing practices, diversity, compliance, and seamless onboarding.
  • Contract Management & Compliance: Lead essential compliance initiatives, take ownership of the upcoming EU Pay Transparency project, and maintain clean HR administration (no payroll required).
  • Culture & Engagement: Drive fresh employee engagement initiatives to build a positive, forward-thinking workplace culture across both campuses.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a HR Generalist or Senior HR Advisor role.
  • ER & Restructuring Expertise: Proven hands on experience managing redundancy processes and complex ER matters is attractive but not essential.
  • Stakeholder Management: Confident communicator comfortable sitting on senior management panels and challenging bias.
  • Industry Background: Open to all industry backgrounds - fresh perspectives are highly valued!

Please note due to a need for hands on experience working with Irish Employment Law, candidates must have 3 years of experience working in Ireland within a role in HR.
