Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a values-led organisation?

We're recruiting for a HR Manager to join a well-established charitable organisation delivering community-focused services across multiple sites. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for shaping and driving the people strategy while supporting organisational growth, cultural development and employee engagement.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in developing a people-centred, commercially aware culture that enables colleagues to thrive while supporting the organisation's long-term strategic objectives. The successful candidate will lead on a broad range of HR and organisational development initiatives, ensuring best practice across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing the organisation's people strategy.
  • Driving organisational development, talent management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Supporting cultural and structural change programmes across multiple locations.
  • Providing expert guidance on employee relations and employment law matters.
  • Influencing and partnering with senior leaders to deliver positive business outcomes.
  • Leading and developing the HR function to ensure an excellent employee experience.

About You

We're looking for a senior HR professional who brings:

  • Significant experience across a broad range of HR and organisational development disciplines.
  • Experience leading people strategies and organisational change within multi-site environments.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
  • A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and delivering results through others.
  • CIPD membership
  • A proactive, pragmatic and values-driven approach.

You'll be an engaging leader with excellent relationship-building skills, strong commercial awareness and a genuine passion for supporting people and organisational success.
