North Yorkshire Multi Office Law Firm Hybrid Working Available
A well-established law firm with multiple offices across North Yorkshire is seeking an experienced HR Manager to play a key role in supporting its people and day to day operations.
This is a hands on role suited to an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, building strong relationships and helping create a consistent, high performing working environment across multiple locations.
You will work closely with senior leadership to support the firm's people strategy and day to day HR function, including:
- Providing practical HR support and guidance to managers and employees
- Managing recruitment, onboarding and employee relations matters
- Supporting payroll coordination, HR administration and compliance
- Leading learning and development initiatives and staff engagement activity
- Helping drive consistency, process improvement and best practice across multiple offices
About You
- Proven HR management experience, ideally within professional services
- Strong generalist HR knowledge including employee relations
- Confident supporting managers and influencing at all levels
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working across multiple sites would be advantageous
