HR Manager - 12-Month Maternity Cover (Retail)

Murphy Home Furnishing, a long-established Irish retailer, seeks an experienced HR Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You will lead HR across multiple locations, drive employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training, engagement and HR administration.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to ensure compliant HR practices, implement policies, and support a positive workplace culture. Salary €50,000 p.a.
