HR M&A Transformation Consultant

EY is hiring a Senior Consultant - HR M&A Transactions to support clients with people-related matters from restructurings and post-deal activities across the deal lifecycle. You will address HR Transactions and People issues through acquisition, divestiture and merger stages, and structure projects that meet client expectations.

You will work with project leaders to manage client relationships, ensure delivery in line with EY's quality and risk guidelines, and collaborate with EY M&A and wider
