HR Logistics Co-ordinator - Maternity Cover (Fixed Term)

Location: Aberdeen
Contract: Fixed-term (Maternity Cover - approx. 9 months)
Hours: Full-time

Hybrid: 2 days per week after probationary period is completed

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Logistics Co-ordinator to join our HR team on a maternity cover basis. This is a key support role responsible for coordinating logistics and HR support, ensuring smooth delivery of HR processes, and providing an efficient and professional service to our employees and stakeholders.

• Coordinate end-to-end HR logistics, including onboarding, mobilisations, and rotations
• Manage employee mobilisation schedules offshore in line with operational needs
• Maintain and update HR systems and personnel records accurately
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including documentation and compliance checks
• Support performance management and sickness case management
• Liaise with internal departments and external providers to ensure seamless coordination
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as required
• Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legislation

• Experience in an HR, logistics, or coordination role (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
• Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
• A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude

• Experience within offshore, energy, or logistics-driven environments
• Knowledge of HR tracking systems and offshore schedules
