HR Lead, Ireland - Hybrid, Union & Engagement

Fairygodboss is seeking a Lead HR to join our friendly UK & I HR team, focusing on approximately 300 Infosys employees in Ireland. The role entails managing onboarding and offboarding processes, union engagement, and employee wellbeing initiatives, all while encouraging engagement and communication.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of HR experience in an international setting and a relevant university degree. This hybrid position requires strong communication skills and a drive for results.
