HR Lead for New Entity Setup & TUPE Transition

Strategic Resources ERC Ltd in London is seeking an HR Manager to lead the setup of the employing entity post-merger, align terms and conditions, and establish payroll/pensions and HRIT systems.

You will work with management to develop policies, manage TUPE transfers, and implement a cross-functional HR service for up to 40 employees, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office.

Degree level and CIPD qualifications preferred; strong knowledge of employment law and benefits is essential.
