HR Generalist (m/f/d)

Main responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role are set out below however they may be others which are not listed:
Provide day-to-day comprehensive, high quality HR support to managers and employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
Build strong working relationships with line managers, employees, HR Business Partners and the wider HR team
Manage or assist with managing employee relations cases, including but not limited to probation, health and wellbeing, sickness absence, performance management, disciplinary and grievances
Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment campaigns, in both the UK and international locations, using a variety of recruitment methods and driving best practice recruitment strategies
Support the HR Business Partners with running the annual HR calendar such as performance reviews, compensation review process and talent and succession reviews
Support the HR Business Partners to manage international transfers and secondments, working with various internal departments to coordinate the process
Collate and analyse management information e.g. headcount data, vacancy tracking in liaison with the HR systems team
Coordinate the visa application process for new joiners and existing employees, liaising with our immigration advisors to ensure a smooth and efficient process
Active contribution and delivery of HR projects and process improvement across the PATRIZIA group
Maintain and update HR systems and records accurately
Skills & experience required
Experience of working as an HR Advisor within a financial services or professional services setting
Experience of providing HR support to international countries is desirable
Good working knowledge of employment law and best practice HR Management
Experience of managing recruitment campaigns, using job boards and managing a range of recruitment strategies
Ability to pick up processes independently and work in a structured way
Proactive, prepared to take a hands-on approach to managing workload and using initiative
Strong communication skills and empathy
Enjoys interacting with people and shows good intuition for client demands
Good attention to detail
Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
Very good written and spoken English skills
Very good knowledge of MS office applications with experience of using Excel to analyse data
Experience of using HR systems and producing management information, ideally Workday
CIPD qualification desirable
