Job Description
Job Title - HR Generalist Co Clare - on-site for the first 6 months and then hybrid working thereafter. Salary - 35-45k depending on level of experience. Hours -8.30am to 5pm and until 4pm on a Friday. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months (with potential to become permanent) and candidates will benefit from company benefits also (including Healthcare for you and dependents, pension, canteen and on-site gym).

- You will handle all aspects of employee relations, serving as the primary point of contact for staff queries and requests.
- Oversee the full recruitment and selection lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage employee benefits, including pensions, medical insurance, and safety wear provisioning.
- Prepare monthly HR reports for key departments and assist in developing and refining onboarding procedures, including the ZUP process.
- Coordinate the integration of new hires, ensuring systems are set up and arrivals are efficiently managed.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of company policies and the employee handbook.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel files and training records, and manage onboarding and relocation for international staff, including visa processes.
- Advise and support management on HR-related matters, manage working time and absence records, and assist with employee appraisals and payroll preparation.
- Act as the HR representative on the communications team and participate in ad hoc HR projects as required.
- Degree in business or a related field, ideally specialising in human resources.
- At least 2-3+ years of HR experience; CIPD qualification is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with time and attendance systems is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of current Irish employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Problem-solving ability and creativity in finding solutions.
- Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
