HR Generalist

Our client, a global provider of software & technology services to their corporate partners, has engaged with us in CPL to recruit an HR Generalist to join their team. The Job

As a key part of the HR team and reporting to the site based HR Director, you will cover a wide remit across all aspects of HR. You will act as the primary point of contact for HR matters and queries for both management groups and individual employees, support the design and delivery of new HR processes and procedures, oversee external recruitment projects, map out internal career moves with departmental leaders, assist on compensation and benefits matters, produce HR metrics/data reports, drive employee engagement and cultural initiatives, and support the HR Director in planning strategy.

Your Skills/Experience that we need
  • 3rd level degree qualified in HR, business studies or a relevant discipline.
  • 3 4+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a HR Generalist or similar level role.
  • Experience from the software, technology, professional services or related sectors would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Excellent IT skills, including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications.
  • Strong ERP experience (ideally JDE) would be an advantage.
  • Self motivated and strong ability to build relationships across diverse functions.
The Offer

This job is being offered on a permanent basis with a salary ranging up to approximately 55k, depending on candidate skills and experience. In addition, there is a strong benefits package available to the successful candidate, including pension, private health car, an annual bonus of up to 8% and excellent future career growth and development opportunities.

This role will be a hybrid mix with 2 3 days in the office and the balance from home/remote.
