A leading manufacturing company in Co. Westmeath is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their growing HR team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting the full employee lifecycle in a supportive and people-focused environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support recruitment for indirect roles and assist with direct hiring
Coordinate onboarding and inductions for new employees
Support managers with performance management, reviews, and HR queries
Assist with employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance processes
Administer employee benefits and liaise with external providers
Support employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and company events
Prepare HR reports and metrics, including absenteeism, turnover, and headcount
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum 2+ years' experience in an HR Generalist / HR Officer role
Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment is an advantage
Relevant third-level qualification in HR or Business (CIPD desirable)
Strong HR systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office skills
