HR Generalist

A leading manufacturing company in Co. Westmeath is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their growing HR team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting the full employee lifecycle in a supportive and people-focused environment.

• Manage and support recruitment for indirect roles and assist with direct hiring

• Coordinate onboarding and inductions for new employees

• Support managers with performance management, reviews, and HR queries

• Assist with employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance processes

• Administer employee benefits and liaise with external providers

• Support employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and company events

• Prepare HR reports and metrics, including absenteeism, turnover, and headcount

• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in an HR Generalist / HR Officer role

• Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment is an advantage

• Relevant third-level qualification in HR or Business (CIPD desirable)

• Strong HR systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office skills
