We are currently looking for an HR Generalist, position to be filled at Rhoon


JOB PURPOSE


The HR Generalist will be responsible for ensuring the execution of an efficient HR service and make sure the day-to-day business runs as smoothly as possible.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES


  • Recruitment, Onboarding: advising and executing on the full scope of the recruitment and onboarding process;
  • Personnel administration: managing the entire personnel administration;
  • Absence: executing the entire absenteeism process, absenteeism policy and compliance with legislation (WvP);
  • Education & development: taking care of an inventory of the training needs;
  • Salary process: processing of the Dutch salary administration; supporting the payroll manager of Belgium for managing the Belgium payroll process;
  • Performance Process: educating employees and managers on execution of an efficient & effective performance review process;
  • HR Reporting: drafting various HR reports (headcount, open positions, requisitions);


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR


  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources;
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of Dutch and pre in Belgium labour legislation
  • Fluent command of the Dutch and English language;
  • Available for 40 hours per week;
  • Excellent computer skills (MS office, Payrollsystems);
  • Good social skills.
