Bright Software Group in Duleek, Co. Meath, is seeking an HR Generalist for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover.

You will provide day-to-day HR support across the business, advising managers and employees on policy, handling onboarding and compliance, and supporting people processes in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have solid HR generalist experience, strong knowledge of Irish employment law, and experience with HRIS.
