We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist for a 12 month contract who will play a critical role in providing strategic and operational support across our four global offices. Serving as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, this role ensures the effective execution of HR strategies, the consistent application of policies and the delivery of high-quality HR services. What You'll Do
  • Provide strong day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers across our four office locations
  • Support and coach managers to ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies
  • Manage employee relations cases end-to-end (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance)
  • Support recruitment activity including job specs, advertising, and interview coordination
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Irish and UK employment legislation, ensuring all HR practices remain compliant with statutory obligations.
  • Monitor absence trends and support wellbeing and return-to-work processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment legislation
  • Lead HR reporting and manage ongoing HR projects and process improvements
  • Manage HR operational processes including compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Lead continuous improvement of HR policies and practice
  • Assist with performance review cycles and goal alignment.
  • Proactively identify legal or operational risks and develop appropriate mitigation solutions
Who You Are
  • 4-5 year's experience in a HR Generalist or HR Operations role across Ireland and UK.
  • CIPD Accreditation
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and best practice
  • Strong, hands on experience managing complex employee relations cases
  • Good working knowledge of Irish & UK employment law
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data management
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in a standalone role with full ownership of the HR function desired
