HR Generalist - Cross-Border HR Ops (6-Month FTC)

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support our Ireland and UK operations from a Dublin office on a 6 month fixed term contract. The role spans day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, payroll collaboration, and HR system activities within a multinational environment.

You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, maintain accurate records, and drive HR improvement projects while ensuring compliance and promoting a high performing workplace culture.
