About the job:
For our organization for our office in Rhoon, in the Netherlands at the earliest possible date we are looking for a: HR Generalist
Reporting to the HR Country Manager your mission will be: ensuring the execution of an efficient HR service and make sure the day-to-day business runs as smoothly as possible.
What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?
Recruitment, Induction & termination
- Advising and executing on the full scope of the recruitment and selection process;
- Guidance of employees and advising the executives and HR manager within the framework of the labour legislation, collective labour agreement, company regulations and guidelines;
- Drafting - publishing -updating (talent soft) communications and vacancies;
- Maintaining contacts with applicants, recruitment-, employment- & selection agencies;
- Monitoring the overview during the application process and the turnaround time;
- Selection of candidates / applicants based on references, education, work experience by conducting job interviews;
- Setting up meetings with executives, employees and applicants;
- Drafting up individual employment contracts, job changes and function profiles;
- Planning, executing and evaluating induction plans;
- Executing dismissal processes;
- Executing administrative tasks during the hiring & termination processes;
- Conducting and reporting of exit interviews;
Personnel management
- Executing the agreed labour conditions, collective labour agreement, legal requirements and internal regulations;
- Dealing with personnel problems in the social area, at the request of those involved;
- Acting as a source of information / key position for advice to employees and managers;
- Updating the internal personnel procedures and guides according to the relevant legislation;
Personnel administration
- Managing the entire personnel administration;
- Supervising a uniform approach regarding labour conditions and advising the management of the various departments on HR matters;
- Keeping the data in the personnel systems, personnel files up to date and make sure it is archived correctly;
- Drafting of various HR related communications;
- Keeping time planning on all personnel matters (anniversaries, contract expirations);
Absence
- Executing the entire absenteeism process, absenteeism policy and compliance with legislation (WvP);
- Processing sick- & recovery reports;
- Maintaining contact and consulting with employees, company doctors, executives / managers, labour experts, outplacement and second track supervisors & the UWV;
- Schedule appointments with the company doctors, labour experts and outplacement agencies;
- Taking the proactive role of case manager in the event of long-term absenteeism;
- Make preventive proposals to prevent long-term absenteeism and identify bottlenecks within the organization in this area
- Ensuring periodic reporting of absenteeism;
- Advising on interventions;
Education & development
- Taking care of an inventory of the training needs;
- Training plan and budget control reports;
- Collaborate with the training fund (A + O) to make optimal use of the subsidies;
- Making proposals to the HR manager and supervisors regarding training programs and advising the employees (targeted career planning);
- Roll our of talent management program
Salary process
- Keeping the job classification system up to date;
- Assisting in drawing up the salary budget;
- Keeping time- and holiday registrations;
- Processing Dutch salary administration (52 Peoples); Supporting the payroll manager of Belgium for managing Belgium payroll process (12 peoples)
- Processing union increases and keeping track of Belgium and Dutch salary legislation and mutations;
Performance Process
- Execution of performance review process;
- Educating employees and managers on execution of an efficient & effective performance review process;
Health & Safety
- Keeping track of safety courses and scheduling of refreshing courses;
HR Reporting
- Drafting up internal company request and executing approval processes (car requests, out of cycles, personnel requisitions);
Drafting various HR reports (headcount, open positions, requisitions);
What we ask for: (Include the requirements from the Job Description)
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources;
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of Dutch and pre in Belgium labour legislation
- Fluent command of the Dutch and English language;
- Available for 40 hours per week;
- Excellent computer skills (MS office, Payrollsystems);
- Good social skills.
