We're partnering with a growing logistics organisation to appoint a strategic, forward thinking HR Director who will lead the people agenda and shape the company's long term direction. We're looking for a senior leader who has excellent leadership skills. You will sit on the senior leadership team and report directly to the MD. Your role will drive the evolution of the HR function, strengthen organisational capability, and ensure culture, talent, and people processes fully support ambitious growth plans.
