Job Title: HR Data and Administration Officer
Contract Type: Full time 37 hours per week
Closing Date: 12 Noon, Friday 31 st July 2026
About the RoleWe are looking for a well organised individual who can actively prioritise multiple tasks. The successful candidate will have entry level or administrative experience in an HR function, a CIPD Level 3 certification in HR practice is preferred, and must possess excellent administrative, IT and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Update establishment and employment related data.
- Interrogate the HR database to generate a wide range of reports.
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to extract and manipulate data in response to internal and external queries on a regular basis, sometimes at short notice.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive records with attention to detail.
- Support HR Data and Administration Officers, HR Advisor and HR Service Partners with HR administration including recruitment, workforce planning, attendance management, grievances, discipline and performance management.
- Entry level or administrative experience in an HR function.
- CIPD Level 3 certification in HR practice preferred.
- Excellent administrative, IT and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
