  • Location: Central London
  • Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Hybrid - 3 days in the office 2 from home
About the Opportunity

A scaling biotechnology organisation is seeking a HR Officer to join its Head Office team based in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing support and advice across the full employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees while contributing to a positive and engaged workplace culture.

Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years' experience in a generalist HR advisory role
  • Ideally CIP qualified or working towards the qualification
  • Experience within a head office environment
  • Good working knowledge of HR systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and rapport quickly.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills across face-to-face, telephone, video and written channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
  • Creative, proactive and solution-focused approach to problem solving.
