HR Consultant (OD)

We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Consultant.

• Transformation to join our HR & OD team and play a key role in shaping a high performing, people focused organisation.

This role provides professional HR expertise to managers, offering pragmatic, risk based advice to support effective people management and continuous improvement across the business.

As an HR Consultant, you will manage a diverse caseload of complex employee relations matters, including absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance and well being issues.

You will coach and develop managers to build capability, lead TUPE activity, support policy development, and help drive a culture of accountability and strong performance.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
