As part of strengthening our team in Geneva, we are looking for a: HR Consultant - HORECA Sector - H/F - GenevaYour Mission: Be the main point of contact for your clients and manage the recruitment process from A to Z for profiles in the hotel and restaurant sectors for permanent positions and business development: managing existing client portfolios and actively prospecting new establishments (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, Collective catering, EMS ).Sourcing & Selection: Proactive search for candidates (direct approach, social media, talent pool, job boards), conducting in-depth interviews, and assessing technical skills.Follow-up: Providing targeted advice to clients, salary consulting, and monitoring placements.Management: Establishing work contracts and monitoring files in accordance with the CCT of the services sector and Swiss labor law in connection with our team.Profile: Confirmed experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a personnel placement agency, ideally in the hotel sector / knowledge of Food & Beverage professions. Excellent knowledge of the Swiss economic landscape with sharp commercial acumen, combined with a strong professional ethic and perfect command of French (C2), English is an asset.
