Essex (Hybrid / Remote + Travel) Full-time Competitive Salary (DOE)

About the Role

We're recruiting for a dynamic and growing HR services business looking for an HR Client & Partner Engagement Consultant.

This is a relationship-led, commercially focused role where you'll combine your HR expertise with business development skills-building strong client and partner relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping drive revenue growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and managing strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Attending client meetings, networking events, and strategy sessions
  • Identifying opportunities for additional HR services, projects, and system use
  • Supporting and growing a developing partner network
  • Helping onboard and engage partners effectively
  • Providing hands-on HR support (meetings, investigations, project work)
  • Promoting and supporting the use of HR platforms with clients and partners
  • Working closely with internal teams to turn opportunities into revenue

What We're Looking For

  • Experienced HR professional with solid UK employment law knowledge
  • Strong relationship-builder with confidence in client-facing environments
  • Commercially aware with the ability to spot and develop opportunities
  • Comfortable networking and representing a business externally
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in HR systems/platforms
  • Flexible approach, including occasional out-of-hours networking
