HR Case & Advisory Specialist (Temporary Contract)

Essential Employment is seeking an HR professional to manage a range of HR cases including attendance management, flexible working applications, health referrals, and internal transfers, with support from HR Advisers.

You will also assist with limited duties processes, recuperative reviews, and adjusted duties annual reviews, and provide practical HR guidance to senior leaders and line managers to ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
