This organisation operates within the manufacturing and construction sector, supporting multiple remote sites across Ireland. Recognised as a leader in their field, they pride themselves on fostering a culture of engagement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. The HR team is small but impactful, working closely with site leadership to drive meaningful change and support business objectives.
About you- CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification
- Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (desirable)
- Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or similar sectors
- Strong track record managing employee relations end-to-end
- Experience supporting multi-site operations and remote leadership
- Solid understanding of Irish employment law; UK law knowledge is a plus
- Skilled in coaching managers and building on-site HR capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Based in Monaghan with flexibility to travel monthly to Blanchardstown
- Lead local people plans aligning with wider HR strategy to support operational excellence
- Develop trusted relationships with site leaders across locations to ensure consistency and compliance
- Manage employee relations cases with confidentiality and professionalism
- Implement and communicate HR policies tailored to each site's needs
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and cultural activities to foster a positive work environment
- Support organisational change projects and restructure activities at site level
- Manage reward programmes and recognise performance and contributions effectively
