Job Description
- Drive HR strategies and initiatives in M&A activities (TUPE)
- Facilitate change management during mergers and acquisitions
- Coordinate with different departments for integration processes
- Manage HR due diligence and integration planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR strategies
- Support talent management and succession planning
- Lead HR projects as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner (M&A) will have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and ideally CIPD
- Experience in HR, particularly in M&A activities
- Strong, recent experience of working on high volume TUPE activities within the UK is essential
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships
- Experience in change management and project management
