Job Description
TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the private sector to recruit a Permanent HR Business Partner in Dublin. Location: Dublin-North. Hours: 9am to 5pm, 35 hour working week. Contract: Permanent. Pay-rate: €28.60 - €34.21 per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience.
Job PurposeTo support the delivery of a professional and effective HR service, partnering with managers to manage employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations in line with best practice and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR advice and support to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and union issues
- Manage and track employee relations cases, ensuring timely resolution and accurate reporting
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and staff handbook in line with legislation
- Support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, confidentiality, and compliance
- Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and workforce data, including payroll inputs and absenteeism metrics
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and maintain job descriptions and contracts
- Support payroll processes through accurate data collation and reporting
- Assist with training, compliance, and staff development initiatives
- Monitor key HR metrics such as probation, attendance, and performance reviews
- Support organisational change initiatives and HR improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and promote a patient-focused culture
- Provide general administrative support within the HR function as required
- Relevant third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business, or Industrial Relations
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
- Experience handling employee relations cases and liaising with trade unions
- Excellent administrative, organisational, and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
