HR Business Partner

Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a multinational, award-winning food manufacturing organisation to recruit a HR Business Partner for an initial 6-month contract based at its Monaghan site.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a fast-paced, globally recognised business that is experiencing significant growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Director while receiving support from a centralised HR team, providing exposure to both site-based and group-level HR initiatives.

The role offers the chance to develop your experience within a dynamic international environment, with strong potential for a permanent position or future opportunities within the wider HR function.

What will you do as HR Business Partner?
  • Partner with the Site Director and Leadership Team to deliver the Group People Strategy providing proactive HR support that aligns people initiatives with business objectives and operational priorities.
  • Lead workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning and change initiatives
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, investigations, absence management, Occupational Health
  • Oversee recruitment support, onboarding, payroll amendments, HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
  • Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Drive learning and development activities including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, coaching, apprenticeships and career development initiatives.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR systems and people data
  • Lead HR compliance across customer, ethical, and third-party audits
  • Analyse HR metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends, provide strategic insight and implement improvement plans
  • Contribute to HR projects, continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
What will you require as HR Business Partner?
  • Previous experience as a HR Business Partner
  • Skilled in onboarding, complex employee relations and recruitment
  • Proficient in using HR Systems and Microsoft Office, leading on employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Preferable to have experience in a manufacturing, engineering or construction environment
