We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support one of the specialist business units. About the RoleThis is a permanent HR Business Partner position supporting the business unit with strategic and operational HR initiatives.
What We Offer- €64-€75k salary band plus €7k car allowance

- Coach managers on performance & probation
- Lead talent and succession planning
- Oversee HR metrics and pay reviews
- Support HR process improvements
- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Resilient, confident, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience with HR systems such as Advanced HR or similar platforms
- Relevant third-level qualification in HRM, Business, or related field
- CIPD membership is advantageous but not essential
