About the Role

This is a permanent HR Business Partner position supporting the business unit with strategic and operational HR initiatives.

What We Offer
  • €64-€75k salary band plus €7k car allowance
  • Hybrid 2 days WFH - office Citywest

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership on people strategies
  • Manage full employee lifecycle
  • Coach managers on performance & probation
  • Lead talent and succession planning
  • Oversee HR metrics and pay reviews
  • Support HR process improvements
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Resilient, confident, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience with HR systems such as Advanced HR or similar platforms
  • Relevant third-level qualification in HRM, Business, or related field
  • CIPD membership is advantageous but not essential
