HR Business Partner Near Selby, North Yorkshire £350/day (inside IR35) FTC to December 2026

We are looking for a commercially focused HR Business Partner to join our team on a fixed-term day rate contract through to the end of the year.

Partnering with leaders across the business, you'll provide expert HR guidance, support organisational change, employee relations, talent planning, and help drive people initiatives that support business objectives.

What we're looking for:

• Previous HRBP experience within a fast-paced environment
• Strong employee relations knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• CIPD qualification desirable
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport

Location & Working Pattern:

Near Selby, North Yorkshire

4 days onsite, 1 day working from home

Fixed-term contract through to end of December 2026

Salary: £350/day
