HR Business Partner 12-Month Contract Waterford Hybrid

Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. This role will partner closely with business leaders and employees, supporting employee relations, performance management, organisational change, talent initiatives, and people strategy execution within a fast-paced multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated experience, Considerable previous HR experience interacting with Senior stakeholders and business leaders in a multinational company
• Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management
• Support organisational change and workforce planning initiatives
• Drive employee engagement, development, and retention activities
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies-Support talent, succession planning, and leadership development programmes
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver an excellent employee experience
• Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship building, influence, negotiation and project management skills

Requirements:

• Significant HR experience within a multinational environment
• Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
• Experience managing complex people matters and organisational change
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
