HR Business Partner - Short-Term Contract
2-4 Week Contract £375 per day Inside IR35 Uxbridge area - Immediate Start
Ashdown Group are supporting a leading international organisation with the appointment of an experienced HR Operations professional for an immediate short-term assignment.
This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across the UK, working closely with the wider HR team and business managers.
You will provide practical support across the HR lifecycle, including:
- Employee relations and general HR advice
- Supporting managers with HR processes and employee issues
- Absence and performance management
- Onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
- HR systems, records and reporting
- Supporting HR policies and processes
- Providing general operational support to the HR team
We're looking for an experienced HR generalist/HR Operations professional who can quickly get up to speed, work independently and provide confident, practical HR support within a fast-paced international organisation.
The essentials:
- Strong HR Operations/generalist experience
- Good knowledge of ER and HR processes
- Confident working with managers and employees
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience working with HRIS systems
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience desirable
Contract: 2-4 weeks
Rate: £375 per day
IR35: Inside IR35
