The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-growing, technology-driven organisation operating on a global scale.
Partnering with a specialist business division and its leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the people agenda, supporting organisational growth, developing talent, and embedding a high-performance culture. This is a commercially focused HRBP role where you will influence strategic decision-making while remaining close to operational people matters.
This position would suit an HR professional who enjoys working within an innovative, fast-paced environment and who is passionate about enabling business performance through people.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with business leaders and the wider People team, you will:
- Lead workforce planning activities, identifying capability gaps and implementing effective solutions.
- Develop and deliver talent management initiatives, including succession planning and early careers programmes.
- Coach and support leaders to strengthen management and leadership capability.
- Drive performance management processes and cultivate a culture of regular, constructive feedback.
- Support managers in addressing performance concerns effectively and proactively.
- Identify and develop high-potential employees through robust talent development strategies.
- Resolve employee relations issues at an early stage to minimise escalation.
- Analyse people data and produce meaningful insights to support business decision-making.
- Ensure consistent application of people policies, processes and employment legislation.
- Champion diversity, inclusion and broader ESG initiatives.
- Lead and contribute to change, transformation and business improvement projects.
- Support effective communication and engagement across the division.
About You
You will bring:
- CIPD qualification or membership (Associate level or above).
- Proven HR Business Partner experience within complex and fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and building high-performing teams.
- Confidence using HR systems and technology to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach combined with strong emotional intelligence.
