Job Description

HR Business Partner vacancy for our Basel based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

  • Provide expert HR guidance to leaders, line managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, organisational development and talent management.
  • Support workforce planning to align future resource needs with capability building, recruitment and succession planning.
  • Partner with business areas to drive talent development initiatives, including mobility, upskilling, reskilling and career path definition.
  • Advise managers on complex employee relations matters, including absence, conduct, grievances, conflict resolution and performance issues.
  • Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends, turning data into practical insights for decision-making.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities for the assigned client group.

Your experience/knowledge:

  • 6-10 years' experience in Human Resources within an international environment, including at least 3-4 years as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong knowledge of HR frameworks, policies and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning and capability building.
  • Experience supporting talent development, employee relations and line manager capability development.
  • Good HR analytics skills and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Language skills: English
