Job Description

Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced and commercially minded HR professional to join a high-performing HR team for a 12 month contract in North West Dublin, 4 days onsite and 1 remote.

You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering HR initiatives that support business performance, while ensuring best practice across areas such as talent management, employee relations, and compliance. Working as part of a collaborative HR function, this role offers both strategic exposure and hands on delivery in a fast paced, people focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering: Provide expert HR advice to senior leaders, supporting people decisions and building management capability
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner on hiring processes and deliver effective onboarding and induction experiences
  • Performance & Talent: Support performance management, employee relations cases, and talent development initiatives
  • Reward: Advise on salary benchmarking and contribute to compensation reviews
  • Employee Relations: Manage complex ER matters and liaise with employee representatives where required
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment law, policies, and best practice standards
  • HR Operations: Maintain accurate HR data and contribute to reporting and process improvements
About You
  • Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Manager role, with strong knowledge of employment law and best practice
  • Confident managing employee relations cases, including investigations and disciplinary processes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and coach leaders
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and decision making skills
  • CIPD qualified (or working towards) with a relevant degree preferred
  • Experience in multi site or operational environments is advantageous

Candidates must have a full clean drivers licence.
