Are you an experienced HR generalist with a background in private healthcare or retail? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare organisation for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their London-based team and drive people strategy in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, you will support a range of client groups, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. You'll work across an HR team structured around four specialisms: HR Operations, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Reward. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role ideal for a high-calibre HRBP who thrives in dynamic, customer-driven settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver their HR agenda, offering strategic guidance and challenge.

  • Align HR initiatives with business goals, leveraging data and insight to drive performance.

  • Lead on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning activities.

  • Support complex employee relations and performance management cases.

  • Guide teams through change management, restructuring and transformation projects.

  • Collaborate across HR centres of excellence to embed people strategy.

  • Design and deliver training in line with the organisation's learning framework.

  • Champion a high-performance culture through effective engagement and reward strategies.

  • Continuously review and improve HR processes for enhanced service delivery.

About You:

  • Experience in both private healthcare or retail sectors is essential.

  • Proven HR Business Partner experience in complex, matrixed environments.

  • Strong generalist HR skills

  • Commercially astute, data-driven, and confident working at pace.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through change.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • CIPD Level 7 or working towards it (desirable).

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
