This is a very consultative position requiring a broad HR knowledge and the ability to gain client confidence and be that trusted advisor. The role would suit an experienced HRBP with a broad HR knowledge, someone very comfortable meeting different clients and teams and a confident communicator.

What You'll Do
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executive teams.
  • Support and lead organisational change initiatives, including organisational design and talent strategies.
  • Champion HR best practice and compliance while supporting innovative people programmes.
  • Contribute to the development of people strategies aligned with long-term organisational goals.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation and with key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years' HR experience with strong business and commercial awareness.
  • CIPD qualified (master's level desirable).
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
  • A proactive, relationship-focused professional who enjoys autonomy and delivering impact.
  • A background in HR consultancy/advisory and strong commercial acumen is very beneficial.
  • Full clean driver's licence and willingness to travel across Ireland when required.
