Senior HR Advisor (FTC)We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor (FTC) who expects more from their career. This is a Fixed-Term Contract opportunity to become a trusted partner to the business, delivering comprehensive HR support across our Technology client group. It's a chance to work with a market-leading business and help ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
Responsibilities- Drive the implementation of HR policies, processes and people plans
- Provide an advisory service to managers (up to Exec level) and employees
- Support teams to develop and manage their resource plans
- Work with a global, matrixed team to support the HR Director
- Take the lead on resource forecasts, HR data reporting
- A track record of providing a great advisory service
- HR Advisor experience and ability to work closely with Centres of Excellence, as well as a global team of HR Business Partners
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice to ensure our people are supported across the region
- Strong Excel skills are key
- A team player who is confident and willing to challenge senior stakeholders
