Job Description

HR Business Partner


In this versatile role as a HR Business Partner, you optimize processes, execute various HR projects and support the organization with HR issues. This includes topics such as performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, job evaluation and automation.


You identify opportunities and risks, stimulate creative solutions and, if necessary, hold up a mirror. In addition, you play an important role in the further development of HR as a strategic partner within the organisation. Together with the HR Advisor, you work on optimal HR services.


Your to-do list:

  • You provide expert advice and support on HR issues from a management perspective.
  • You act as a sparring partner for the HR Manager.
  • You analyse and improve existing HR processes at strategic, tactical and operational level.
  • You are involved in the design and implementation of HR instruments.
  • Back up for HR Operations and administration


What is required?

  • Experience in designing and delivering HR strategy.
  • Analytical, results-oriented, data-driven and have strong communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR role.
  • Experience as an HR Advisor or a similar position within a commercial organization.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
