Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: London / Hybrid working

Salary: Up to £75,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

Design and implementing HR strategies to support and meet business objectives
Implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement
Effectively communicating business changes
Oversee the performance management process, coaching manages to effectively address performance issues
Work closely with leadership on organisational design - facilitating change management and designing development programs
Oversee ER matters, offering advice and guidance on HR policies and conflict resolution
Encourage data driven decisions by analysing HR data, identifying trends and providing insights
Facilitate end to end recruitment for exec hires, identifying needs and partnering with hiring managers
Maintain up to date knowledge of legislative changes and proactively address compliance concerns
Spearhead and contribute to an array of HR projects

What is the company looking for?

3 + years of HR experience within a partnering capacity
Bachelors degree within HR or a related field
CIPD preferred
Strong knowledge of employee relations
Strong user of HRIS and other software applications
Strong relationship builder with high levels of credibility and authenticity
Impact driven with a desire to take initiative and accountability
